How can I obtain information about my prescription?
Our pharmacy staff is available and willing to supply you with monographs (drug information) regarding most medications. In the event that we do not have the information you requested, we will be most happy to research your inquiry and report back to you within twenty-four hours free of charge.

I do not have insurance that covers my prescriptions. How much will my prescription cost?
Unfortunately, prescription prices vary widely. We will be more than happy to give you a price on your medication before we fill it. We also will attempt to provide you with a low cost alternative, which you may discuss with your health care provider. We also will attempt to provide you with information pertaining to medical assistance programs which may reduce the cost of you medication.

I have insurance that covers my prescriptions. How much will my prescription cost?
Co-payments vary by prescription plan and classification of medication. Consult your insurance provider by calling the toll free number on the back of your insurance card. If you would prefer bringing your card into us, we will gladly bill your insurance and inform you of your co-payment before your prescription is filled.

Simply call us at 935-6455 and we will be happy to inform you of the status of your prescription.

How do I transfer my prescription to Medical Park Pharmacy?
The staff at Medical Park Pharmacy will be happy to assist you. Simply supply us with the name of the prescription you are taking, your prescription number, and the telephone number of the pharmacy you want your prescription transferred from and we will quickly fill your request.

Do you carry a particular product?
At Medical Park Pharmacy, we pride ourselves on our broad selection of products. However, no pharmacy can stock every product available. In the rare event that we do not have your medication in stock, we will special order any item and usually fill your requested item within one business day.

I need a printout of my medications for the past year(s). How can I obtain one?
Call us at 935-6455, email us at, or fax us at 935-2981 to request a copy of your prescription history. We will prepare your printout for you to pick up at your earliest convenience. If you are unable to pick up your printout, we will be happy to mail it to your home address.
